RENTAL TERMS:

100% of payments made are refundable if canceled 30 days or more before arrival. 0% is refundable if canceled after that.
50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.

CHECK-IN: From 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

CHECK-OUT: From 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM

SECURITY DEPOSIT: €350 (to be paid in cash upon arrival)

Reservations for youth groups are subject to approval.
